The manufacturing process involves precision machine treatment, followed by inductive quenching and tempering, which results in a surface hardness of HRC50-56 and a hardened depth of 3-6mm. This meticulous heat treatment process significantly increases resistance to abrasion, impact, and deformation, ensuring an extended service life and even wear even under high-load conditions.
Reliable Performance and Build Quality
The carrier roller is designed as a direct replacement for OEM parts like 20Y-30-00018. It uses labyrinth seals to help prevent contamination. The rollers are pre-filled with oil. The shaft is made from 45# round steel and heat-treated.
